* Relationship to food. Especially helpful for those who binge, or stress eat

* Relationship to exercise. Finding out what is holding you back from finding a form of exercise that works for you and forming and positive relationship with it.

* Relationship to self.  Often the most important piece of the puzzle and the thing that holds back the majority of people from being able to shift their weight and keep it off.

​

* Your body's subconscious setting for fat storage and metabolism

​

 

 

 

BONUS: As a qualified and practicing physical therapist I will also be able to hep you identify and resolve any issue you may have physically, as well as subconsciously, surrounding movement and exercise.

This includes 2x 90min 2x 60min sessions.

Sessions can be used over a period of 4 months however are most effective when attended weekly.

Please note  that if you are serious about results you need to attend the 4 sessions. Single sessions help, but clinically are much less successful long term
