QUIT smoking

Hypnosis to quit smoking has an incredible rate of success.

Often when compared to other methods such as pharmaceutical and nicotine replacement methods it has a much higher positive outcome.

​

Combining hypnosis with other methods has the best outcome statistically and, depending on your level of addiction, is recommended (but not essential) to ensure the best results.

​

Success and number of required sessions comes down to your reason for smoking.

​

Habit smoking is most often shifted quickly and relatively easily.

It is not uncommon for only 1-2 session to be required to cease habit smoking.

​

Smoking to cover a deeper underlying issue, such as anxiety, may need more sessions to make the change more permanent.

This is because without addressing the underlying cause there is a chance the change will only be temporary.
