OCD
Wouldn't it be nice to find the inner certainty and resilience to break free of old cycles?
To engage or update coping mechanisms so that you no longer have to repeat old patterns?
Cells that fire together wire together; anxiety fuels OCD and OCD fuels anxiety creating an unhealthy cycle of excessive thought (obsessions) that lead to repetitive behaviours (compulsions)

This subconscious pattern wires in to our nervous system and conscious intervention is often not enough to change the neurological pathway and put an end to the signals.

Working at a subconscious level can break the cycle and use neuroplasticity to create new neurological and emotional responses to old triggers.

Obsessive compulsive disorder is sometimes classified as an anxiety disorder, sometimes classified separately from anxiety, but almost all of those who suffer from OCD demonstrate high levels of anxiety.
Together we work towards finding and transforming the cause of this anxiety and giving you a new set of skills to respond with.
