Modern Psychology is an Australian Government accredited qualification.

It is not Psychology and I am not a Psychologist.

Modern Psychology uses new-age, different, fast methods to tackle the problems that we are so commonly experienced with today’s busy lifestyles.
​
It takes an entirely different approach from other forms of therapy and intervention.
​
Modern Psychology is not technically talk therapy, however if you feel you need to be heard I can absolutely listen.
Because it is not talk therapy the numbers of sessions required to make change is reduced drastically, and less sessions means significantly lower financial investment!

Consider this; if thinking or talking about the problem was actually your solution would you still need help?
Have you already tried looking at the problem from every angle?
Have you tried all of the standard techniques to break free of the thing that is holding you back?
Do you feel like you have tried everything and nothing has worked?

Consciously we often know what the problem is and have been given the information we need to overcome it.
Most people apply the techniques and guidelines over and over but find that they get little to no benefit from doing this, or that any results are short lived before they revert back to the original symptom or issue.
This is because the problem is not conscious.
Conscious repetition can change subconscious programming but it requires huge amounts of dedication and repetition and can take months, years or even a lifetime.
This is because the problem does not exist in that space of our minds.
Deep underlying subconscious beliefs, programs and behaviours are what is holding us back, and for fast change to occur work needs to be done on a subconscious level.

Modern Psychology uses a large variety of techniques to work with your mind at an unconscious level.
It is here the meaningful and lasting changes are made.

This type of therapy does not seek to take the place of other treatments you are receiving.
If you are under the care of a Doctor of Psychologist continuing to work with these professionals while undertaking Modern Psychology sessions is strongly recommended.
