grief and loss
Grief is often associated with loss.

There are many types of grief/loss.

You may be grieving the loss of a person, pet, job, relationship or your health
You may also be grieving the loss of meaning or purpose in life or be experiencing grief for not living the life you expected or believe you deserved.

Hypnotherapy does not cause you to forget or stop loving or caring in order to move on from grief.
It enables you to reconnect with the positive emotions surrounding the person you are grieving.
This enables you to hold their memory in your mind as something that makes you smile.

The loss of things that do not involve the death of a loved one often connects you to any lessons tied to the experience.
This information or understanding replaces the grief and allows you to move forward with the valuable information needed, using it to better your future rather than let it hold you back.

If you are ready to move forward in life then let's get started!

** Grief is a natural and necessary process, particularly after the loss of a loved one. I ask that you please consider if the time period since your loss is appropriate before seeking help to move forward.
