Please understand that as I have cut back from full time to one day per week bookings are limited and the cancellation policy does apply.

If enough notice if given, then generally the appointment place can be filled; obviously the more notice the better.

THE FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF LESS THAN 8 BUSINESS HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN.

A 50% fee will be charged with 8 -12 business hours notice.

Please note that these fees and times are much more lenient than most clinics and will be waived if the space is booked by someone else.
