clinical hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a safe, proven, and effective tool for directly accessing the power of the subconscious mind.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of the brain.
It is a set pattern of brain waves that we all slip in to regularly and automatically throughout each day without even realising.

Hypnotherapy is induced through concentration, guided relaxation and focused attention.

In this heightened state of consciousness we are able to access trance.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
It is not something that can be forced upon you, nor can you be kept in this state if you choose to come back to full waking consciousness.

It will not work if you are not a willing participant who both wants to be hypnotised and wants the change outcome the session is working to achieve.

It is impossible to not wake up from hypnosis. You are not actually asleep in this state, you are in the level of brainwaves that occur just before or just after sleep; relaxed, but still able to become alert if needed.

Conscious thoughts are still possible and are in fact very common when in hypnosis.
You are still awake during the entire process and cannot be made to do or say anything you do not want to.

The vast majority of people remember almost everything that occurred while in hypnosis, others just have a very vague memory of what was involved.
Very few people need to go in to a level of trance deep enough that they will not remember the session.
If you do slip in to a state this deep it is done voluntarily by your subconscious as it is addressed directly to move you to the level it knows the work needs to occur at.

Once in the trance state the therapeutic work begins.

As your practitioner I will be able to bypass the conscious and communicate directly with the subconscious mind.
In this state the subconscious mind is accessible and open to suggestion and learning to make fast and positive change.

It is here we can access and change your old programs and limiting beliefs.

By giving your subconscious mind the right tools, you can change every area of your life.
Mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

“The subconscious mind controls 95% of how our circumstances manifest and our beliefs shape our lives. The power of the subconscious is about a million times greater than our conscious mind.”
-Bruce Lipton, PhD

Like everything in life, the more often we do something the better we get at it.
Once you are comfortable with hypnosis and have experienced it several times you will get better and better at achieving this state when desired, connecting in to the unconscious and transforming your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours
